We're seeking an experienced UX leader to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of user experience across our product portfolio. In this role, you'll lead a talented team of designers, partnering closely with research, product management, and engineering to create intuitive, delightful experiences that solve real customer problems. You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, establishing design standards while fostering a culture of innovation and user-centered design.
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and customer advocacy, directly shaping how millions of users interact with our products daily. You'll have the opportunity to build and scale a world-class UX organization while defining the future of our product experience. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, product adoption, and business growth. With over 8 years of experience in UX and product design including more than three years in people management—I’ve successfully built and led high-performing design teams of five or more designers. My portfolio highlights comprehensive, end-to-end product design leadership, spanning from strategic planning and user research to execution and successful product launches.
You communicate with clarity, confidence, and respect. You’re comfortable discussing and defending your perspective while staying open to other viewpoints. You use your expertise and thoughtful, direct style to foster productive dialogue across teams and levels.
With over five years of experience using AI-powered design tools particularly v0 and those within the Vercel ecosystem—I bring a strong technical and creative foundation to my work. I’ve thrived in fast-growth startup and scale-up environments, developing adaptable, user-centered solutions that align with evolving business needs. My background in B2B product design allows me to balance customer goals with commercial impact, and my solid technical understanding fosters seamless collaboration with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products.
