The Senior Marketer for Key Accounts at SmartDollar will develop impactful marketing campaigns, analyze data, present insights, and collaborate with clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include leading direct communication with clients and teams, influencing senior leaders, executing and analyzing campaigns, and representing the brand at events. This role involves creating lasting behavior change through financial wellness solutions, optimizing results, and driving business outcomes with measurable campaign ROI.

Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

 

Salary: $61,000-$90,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

What You’d Do in This Role:

Dave Ramsey’s SmartDollar is the only financial wellness solution proven to create lasting behavior change, helping thousands of companies and millions of employees break the cycle of money problems that follow them to work. Success in this role requires strategic marketing skills to develop impactful campaigns, strong data analysis to optimize results, confident communication for presenting insights, and collaboration with clients and internal teams.

 

You’re Probably a Match If:

  • You have 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with agency exposure.
  • You’re comfortable leading direct, sometimes tough conversations with clients and internal teams.
  • You’re a strong presenter and communicator who can influence senior leaders.
  • You’re strategic but also hands-on when it comes to campaign execution and analysis.
  • You're available to travel (20-50 days/year) to support key accounts and represent the brand.

  • High renewal rates influenced by your targeted marketing efforts.
