Job Description

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will support sales and relationship management teams by improving processes, organizing data, and equipping others with the necessary tools. You will work behind the scenes to streamline systems and solve problems, ensuring these teams operate more efficiently.
Must Have:
  • 2+ years of experience in an operation, administrative or support role.
  • Comfortable using Excel and can build basic formulas.
  • Supported teams by owning processes and solving operational problems.
  • Worked with a CRM or SaaS platform.
  • Enjoy working behind the scenes to connect the dots, fix broken workflows and improve how things get done.
  • Organized and can communicate clearly across teams.
  • Passionate about the mission of Ramsey Solutions.

Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

  • Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

  • Improve sales and relationship management processes by identifying bottlenecks and recommending solutions
  • Automate repetitive tasks and help keep systems organized and accessible
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and surface insights
  • Support training and create resources that help the team work smarter and faster
  • Know the ins and outs of team tools like Excel, Outreach, Salesforce and SharePoint
  • Build strong relationships with the team so you can anticipate needs and respond to operational challenges
