As a Technical Product Manager, you will help build the technical backbone for digital products, partnering with engineers, SETs, and cross-functional leaders. Your role involves shaping internal tools, APIs, and platform services to enhance team efficiency and consistency. You will bridge strategy and execution, solving complex problems, removing roadblocks, and ensuring technology scales with excellence and purpose to bring hope to millions.
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in a software environment (engineering, product, or related)
- 2+ years managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery using Agile methodologies
- 2+ years building software across front-end/back-end/API layers with architectural understanding
- Fluency in Agile principles (discovery cards, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Comfortable leading discussions on architecture, performance, cloud infrastructure, and integrations
- Ability to translate technical details into clear communication for various audiences
- Own and maintain a focused, prioritized technical roadmap for internal tools, APIs, and platform services
- Lead with clarity and partnership, unblocking engineers and making smart trade-offs
- Build shared services and abstractions to reduce duplication and unlock speed
- Define and track SLAs, error budgets, and performance metrics
- Deliver documentation, SDKs, and onboarding guides for internal tools
- Communicate boldly and clearly, influencing platform future
- Maintain a steady feedback loop with engineers to refine platform strategy

Salary: $88,000 - $130,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

What You’d Do in This Role:
You’ll help build the technical backbone that powers our digital products and brings HOPE to millions of people every day. As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll partner with engineers, SETs, and cross-functional leaders to shape the internal tools, APIs, and platform services that make our teams faster, more consistent, and more effective. You’ll bridge strategy and execution—rolling up your sleeves to solve complex problems, remove roadblocks, and make sure our technology scales with excellence and purpose.
You’re Probably a Match If:
- You have 5+ years of experience in a software environment—engineering, product, or related roles.
- You have 2+ years of experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- You have 2+ years of experience building software across front-end/back-end/API layers and understand trade-offs across architecture.
- You’re fluent in Agile principles—building discovery cards, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that actually move work forward.
- You’re comfortable leading conversations about architecture, performance trade-offs, cloud infrastructure, and integrations.
- You can translate technical details into clear, meaningful communication—whether you’re presenting to senior leadership or writing documentation that helps others succeed.
