Job Description

The Senior Marketing Production Consultant manages the end-to-end production of marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple concurrent projects. This role is crucial for ensuring marketing projects are managed efficiently and effectively, enabling the creation and execution of top-quality marketing to meet organizational goals. It requires independent decision-making, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to balance competing priorities across regions and business units. Responsibilities include multi-project management, proactive coordination, ensuring campaign quality and delivery, and effective stakeholder management.
Must have:
  • Prioritize competing demands and make strategic decisions on resource allocation
  • Identify scheduling conflicts early and implement solutions before they impact delivery
  • Maintain ownership of project timelines and adjust as needed to meet business objectives
  • Assign tasks to production editors, designers, and team members based on capacity and expertise
  • Anticipate bottlenecks in production workflows and take corrective action
  • Independently resolve day-to-day production issues without escalation
  • Ensure all campaign briefs are thorough and complete before production begins
  • Monitor project progress and efficiently communicate status updates
  • Maintain quality standards across all deliverables
  • Coordinate final approvals and campaign launches
  • Regularly communicate project status and risks with recommended solutions
  • Manage stakeholder expectations on timelines and deliverables
  • Efficiently handle scope changes and timeline adjustments within established parameters

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

The Senior Marketing Production Consultant manages the end-to-end production of marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple concurrent projects. This role requires independent decision-making, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to balance competing priorities across regions and business units. By managing production schedules and collaborating between campaign owners/internal stakeholders and production teams, this role ensures that marketing projects are managed efficiently and effectively, enabling the creation and execution of top-quality marketing to meet the organization’s goals.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Multi-Project Management:

  • Prioritize competing demands and make strategic decisions on resource allocation
  • Identify scheduling conflicts early and implement solutions before they impact delivery
  • Maintain ownership of project timelines and adjust as needed to meet business objectives

Proactive Coordination:

  • Assign tasks to production editors, designers, and team members based on capacity and expertise
  • Anticipate bottlenecks in production workflows and take corrective action
  • Independently resolve day-to-day production issues without escalation

Campaign Quality & Delivery:

  • Ensure all campaign briefs are thorough and complete before production begins
