ZURU is seeking a Senior Media Buying Executive passionate about digital media buying to drive insights, reporting, and results on a global scale. The role involves managing campaign executions for ZURU Edge brands across various verticals like baby, beauty, homecare & wellness, pet, and confectionery. Responsibilities include driving performance across global markets such as the United States, United Kingdom, and New Zealand, ensuring campaigns are strategic and efficient. The executive will deliver results on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Meta, and The Trade Desk, collaborating with tech partners and insights teams to shape media buying strategy. This position offers an opportunity to build ZURU Edge's media team, develop new processes, and learn about all company elements.
Must Have
- 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing or Media
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager, The Trade Desk, Google ads, or TikTok Ads Manager
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable sharing opinions productively
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized
- Strong attention to detail

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- You will help to build the pathway for ZURU Edge’s best-in-class media team including the development and implementation of new processes, platforms and buying strategies essential to success will be the relationships built with the Media Planning team, Data and Analytics team and our Brand Marketing teams to ensure all campaigns ladder up and deliver on business objectives.

- Our media, marketing and data teams are all in-house which provides an opportunity to learn about all elements of the company and apply your knowledge to drive business results.
- Own and maintain the media buying strategy for a portion of ZURU Edge brands.
- Work collaboratively within the Media Buying team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across team members in both Auckland and India-based offices to drive efficiency, accuracy and consistency in campaign execution.
- Create, execute and optimise digital paid media campaigns, with a heavy focus on test and learns, and working with our India team to ensure flawless setup pacing, and delivery of campaigns globally.
- Drive the presentation and reporting of campaigns performance in conjunction with the Media Planning team to the brand teams and cross-pollinating key learnings across the ZURU business.
- Drive campaign execution to meet key performance metrics across Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, Walmart, Target, The Trade Desk other relevant platforms.
- Challenge the current ways of working to drive new platform, process and technology adoption.
- Grow your relationship collaboratively and progressively with tech partners.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing or Media
- Experience working with Facebook Business Manager, The Trade Desk, Google ad products and TikTok Ads Manageris optimal, with experience in at least one essential.
- Openness to listen, learn and adapt to always do better
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across teams
