Overview:

As a Senior Software Engineer at HYCU, you'll play a crucial role in building and delivering high-quality software for HYCU’s next generation data protection for applications/services in the cloud. You'll be involved in all phases of software engineering, from requirements analysis to deployment, while adhering to agile software development methodologies. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of features/products that range from SaaS Application services to build data protection SaaS across multiple hyperscalers and Software as a Service (SaaS) Services
• Ability to understand, analyze the data protection requirements across multiple SaaS platforms
• The job involves conceptualization to productization of data protection modules for HYCU for different SaaS Applications, i.e. investigation prototyping and development of Application modules for HYCU R-Cloud
• Ability to code and script using multiple languages, C#, .NET, Python, etc.
• Build and manage software, systems integration, and developer support tools
• Provides expertise regarding the integration, security, and scalability of web applications
• Participate in the design and architecture of applications, services and data pipelines
• Troubleshoot and perform support activities as necessary in a “build it, own it” environment
• Collaborate with other engineers, data scientists, architects and management to deliver high quality products
• Provide Technical Leadership to the team, mentor your team members for technical skills enhancement, coding efficiencies, etc.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is required
• 8 to 10+ years of software development experience with knowledge of .NET/C#
• Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, complex technical tasks
• Certifications/Accreditation as a developer on Microsoft Technologies will be a plus
• Experience in designing and developing Cloud Native Software as a Service applications (SaaS) running on hyper scaler cloud, or any other cloud providers
• Strong expertise with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
• Experience with docker & container technologies is plus
• Experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem
• Implement, configure and manage new monitoring solutions to ensure end-to-end functionality for monitoring and alerting
• Strong programming skills
