Overview
As HYCUs’ Product Manager for IT Service Management (ITSM) and DevOps workloads built around Atlassian portfolio and adjacent SaaS, you will define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Data protection of Atlassian Cloud workloads at HYCU. Partnering tightly with engineering, alliances, product marketing, corporate marketing and field teams, you’ll turn customer pains—risk of data loss, compliance gaps, complex restores—into differentiated, revenue-driving features that delight DevOps and ITSM leaders.

What You’ll Do:
- Identify customer pain, prioritize core product requirements and articulate customer use cases
- Develop roadmap for Atlassian modules, aligned to market trends in ITSM, DevOps, and platform engineering
- Develop Press Release (PR)-FAQ, Packaging & Pricing
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on Product Positioning
- Conduct market, competitor, and TAM analyses; translate insights into investment proposals
- Enable Solutions Engineers and Customer Success, both internal & partners, with demos, battlecards, and field training
- Serve as subject-matter expert during key deals and conferences
- Build and nurture relationships with Atlassian product & solution ecosystem teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 7+ years of SaaS product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of success
- Hands-on expertise with Atlassian Cloud products (admin-level familiarity with Jira, JSM, Confluence, Bitbucket, or Opsgenie)
- Solid grasp of backup, disaster recovery, and cyber-resiliency concepts (retention, immutability, RPO/RTO)
- Comfort analyzing market data, defining KPIs, and presenting to executive teams/C-suite
- Experience collaborating with
global engineering teams
- Experience articulating customer pain in a synthesized manner
- Excellent written & verbal communication; able to translate deeply technical ideas into crisp value propositions
It’s Great if You Have:
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and solutions like Jira Service Management and ServiceNow
- SaaS Product Management with proven wins in ITSM, DevOps, or developer-tool markets
- Familiarity with engineering toolchain (Atlassian Suite, Azure DevOps, Git Repositories, etc.)
- Experience within data protection, cloud-native, security, data storage industries
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup
