Job Description
As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 400 employees within the EMEA region. Your responsibilities include ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and company policies. You will also provide timely information to the finance team, support employees with pay and benefits questions, and maintain HR and Payroll policies. You will coordinate with HR and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and issues. Additionally, you will assist with managing local Time and Attendance systems and HR systems for EMEA.
Must have:
- 8+ years of payroll processing experience in a multinational EMEA company.
- Strong understanding of EMEA payroll regulations, tax and labor laws.
- Fluent in German.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

What you’ll be working on
- End-to-end payroll processing for approximately 400 employees within the EMEA region.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Provide timely information to the finance team for financial reporting and audits.
- Support employees with questions related to pay and benefits.
- Define and maintain up-to-date HR and Payroll policies, procedures and records in compliance with local legal requirements.
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams to gather necessary payroll data and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Support with managing the local Time and Attendance systems.
- Assist with managing HR systems for EMEA including working with the global HRIS team to ensure consistent use.
What you bring to the role
- Minimum of eight years previous experience in payroll processing in a multinational company within the EMEA region
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws across EMEA countries
- Fluent in German
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
