The Senior Payroll Analyst is responsible for the full administration of payroll operations. They ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of semi-monthly payrolls across three countries (USA, Canada, and Costa Rica). This role involves complex payroll calculations and supporting audits, reporting, accounting, and year-end processes. The role requires collaboration with various teams and interaction with third-party providers. The analyst will process new hires, leaves of absence, terminations, maintain payroll changes, review and import third-party information, and generate reports. Additionally, they will provide information to employees on payroll matters and ensure SOX compliance.
Good To Have:- Accounting background is highly desired.
- BS in Business or Accounting is highly preferred.
Must Have:- 5+ years of payroll processing with Workforce Now and ADP Reporting.
- Experience with Costa Rica, US, and Canadian payroll.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
