Senior Producer

The studio has spent over a decade pushing the capabilities of mobile gaming. We have developed multiple award-winning titles, including: Warhammer 40,000: Freeblade, Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realm War; and we’re now excited to be exclusively working on a new game, unlike ANYTHING we’ve done previously!

The Role:

We are seeking a technically-minded Producer at Senior or Experienced-level to join us in crafting a revolutionary game that captivates players. Join us and become a key contributor to our agile development process and execution pipeline, evolving the architecture of our core technologies and working with us to ensure predictable delivery of major project milestones.

Become champion of our Agile/SCRUM framework and proactively manage dependencies, velocity and team capacity; along with driving the project forward while maintaining alignment between technical and product vision.

About you:

You will join us with having successfully delivered complex projects in the Games industry. Detail-oriented and passionate about games (potentially even in the free-to-play space), you will collaborate seamlessly across diverse teams while motivating and guiding towards achieving their objectives.

With a depth of experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), you will have already consistently demonstrated the ability to strategically adapt and apply these frameworks to maximise team effectiveness.

Having supported a game in Live Ops, you will bring a solid understanding of delivering a robust, high-availability service for our global player base, potentially including experience with such things as rapid deployment procedures, exciting seasonal content etc.
