Senior Producer

Studio B is looking for a Senior Producer to lead projects and guide their production team in London. This role involves driving creative vision, overseeing all production stages, ensuring high-quality content, and leading a team of creative professionals. The ideal candidate will anticipate industry trends, manage multiple large-scale projects, and handle budgets and client relationships. They should be a creative, organized leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Must Have

• Drive the creative vision of projects and develop compelling narratives.
• Oversee and manage all stages of production from concept to final output.
• Ensure content across platforms is of the highest quality, engaging, and on-brand.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Producers, Editors, Videographers, and VFX artists.
• Anticipate and leverage emerging trends in digital media and storytelling.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and creative standards.
• Take responsibility for larger budgets and build strong client relationships.
