Job Description
AiDASH is seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive technology transformation by designing innovative digital products and services for critical infrastructure industries. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create design deliverables like journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps, prototypes, and design systems. The designer will lead workshops, shape product strategy, and make strategic decisions influencing portfolio outcomes. A key responsibility includes utilizing diverse research methods such as context analysis, interviews, experiments, and user testing to generate insights and communicate findings effectively. The role also requires proactive management of project scope, risks, and progress, ensuring clear stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. Must have:
- 4-8 years of experience in UX design
- Portfolio showcasing design principles on web/mobile platforms
- Proficiency with UX tools (Figma, Sketch, Framer)
- Creative mindset for translating ideas into prototypes
- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in design or related field, or equivalent experience

How you'll make an impact:
- Drive Technology Transformation: Play a key role in delivering and designing technology solutions that reshape how our clients operate, while also contributing to the development of innovative digital products and services
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to produce a variety of design deliverables, including journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps, prototypes, and design systems
- Lead Workshops & Shape Strategy:Facilitate workshops, craft unique design strategies for products, and make strategic decisions that influence outcomes at the portfolio level
- Apply Research with Precision: Use diverse research methods—such as context analysis, moderated interviews, experiments, and user testing—to generate insights and clearly communicate your findings to clients and team members
- Manage Scope, Risks, and Progress: Proactively monitor project scope, risks, and updates, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4-8 years of experience in UX design
- A portfolio showcasing design principles applied to web and/or mobile platforms
- Proficiency with UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, or similar software
- A highly creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into polished, functional, and visually compelling prototypes
- Proven success collaborating across organizational boundaries and working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to craft and deliver engaging presentations
