Job Description

As a Senior Product Development Analyst in the Sustaining Value Engineering team, you will ensure technical changes do not negatively impact product quality. Responsibilities include managing product DHF, participating in internal and external audits, and guiding internal resources. You will also contribute to resolving EOL and critical supplier issues, fix/improve hardware components, plan and execute tests for design changes, and maintain technical documentation.
Must have:
  • Ensuring that technical changes do not have a negative impact on the quality of the product
  • Manage the product DHF, attend internal and external audits, acting as engineering responsibility management for determined products.
  • Guide internal resources in the projects and sometimes manage projects.
  • Contribute to avoid shipment line down, helping manage EOL and critical supplier situations with a cross-functional team.
  • Contribute to fix or improve components/ products (hardware).
  • Analyze and evaluate present or proposed components, procedures or problems to help define project feasibility in cost and required time.
  • Plan and execute tests that can be used as verification or validation for Design Changes.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation related to a project, product or component (hardware).
  • Research new technologies, systems or features using specialized literature, event attendance and prototype creation to maintain the products until its end of life.
  • Provide technical assistance to the team, review documents and design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics or Mechatronics, Electrical engineering
  • Know-how in complex projects, from design to production
  • Solid knowledge in Project Management
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Advanced English skills to act in a global organization
Good to have:
  • Medical product development experience preferred

Your role:

  • Guide internal resources in the projetcs and sometimes manage projects.
  • Contribute to avoid shipment line down, helping manage EOL and critical supplier situations with a cross-functional team.
  • Contribute to fix or improve components/ products ( hardware). Also formulating plans outlining steps necessary to do so.
  • Can analyze and evaluate present or proposed components, procedures or problems to help de‐fi ne project feasibility in cost and required time.
  • Contribute to plan and execute tests that can be used as verification or validation for Design Changes.
  • Can write and maintain technical documentation related to a project, product or component (hardware).
  • Can research new technologies, systems or features using specialized literature, event atten‐dance and prototype creation to maintain the products until its end of life.
  • Can provide technical assistance to the team, review documents and design.

You're the right fit if:

  • bachelor’s degree in Mechanics or Mechatronic, Eletrical engineering;
  • Know-how in complex projetcs, from design to production;
  • Solid knowledge in Project Management, excelent organization and communication skills;
  • Medical product development experience preferred;
  • Advanced English skills to act in a global organization, working together Germany, USA and China teams

How we work together

  • We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
