Title: Senior Product Manager
Location: New York City, on-site

We're looking for a Sr Product Manager to help shape and deliver a modular, data-driven internal platform for a leading global investment firm.

In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with internal business and technology stakeholders, designers, and engineers to define, prototype, and deliver the first iteration of a Private Equity-focused micro-application. This app is the first in a broader suite of tools designed to streamline workflows, unify data, and enable better internal decision-making.

In this role, you will:

Product Definition and Road mapping
  • Translate loosely defined workflows and stakeholder needs into a clear, structured product roadmap.
  • Define and prioritize use cases in collaboration with business leads (e.g., deal tracking, capital deployment, monetization workflows).
  • Scope and validate features based on actual usage and business value, focusing on velocity and clarity over completeness.

Dual-Track Sprint Execution
  • Operate within a two-week sprint cadence using a staggered dual-track model (design and build sprints running in parallel).
  • Work with designers to create and validate prototypes; work with engineers to deliver functional micro-apps.
  • Manage backlog, priorities, and sprint planning across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Facilitate alignment between product, design, engineering, and business teams throughout each sprint.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable UI components and standardized patterns across applications.
  • Coordinate dependencies, data access, and platform integration efforts in collaboration with internal engineering leads.

Outcome-Focused Product Thinking
  • Define and track key usage metrics and success indicators for adoption and workflow completion.
  • Build tight feedback loops with users and stakeholders to continuously improve product quality and relevance.
  • Contribute to the foundation of a scalable internal platform used across the organization.

We’re looking for someone with:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, ideally within B2B SaaS, consulting, or enterprise delivery environments.
  • A strong track record of delivering MVPs and iterative product improvements in complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing ambiguity, and driving delivery in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • A structured and pragmatic mindset—able to balance user needs, delivery speed, and long-term vision.
  • Familiarity with component-based design systems, data-centric internal tools, or modular product architecture.

Additionally:
  • We’re looking for someone who brings strong ownership, curiosity, and the ability to drive progress in collaborative environments.
  • You don’t need to tick every box—we value adaptability and the ability to grow with the product.
