Must have:

Your Mission

As a Senior Product Manager, you will take a leading role in driving the tactical execution of our product initiatives. Your primary focus will be on delivering complex product features and enhancements that align with both customer needs and business goals.

You will work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless execution and successful delivery of high-impact solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Own the product roadmap for your assigned area, balancing short-term priorities with long-term strategy.
  • Set a clear vision for teams, building trust and empowering cross-functional collaboration to achieve larger goals.
  • Regularly integrate user feedback and business goals into prioritization decisions, maintaining alignment with the product roadmap.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through Agile best practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and feature releases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable product initiatives.
  • Strategically apply problem-solving frameworks to complex challenges, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making by analyzing key product performance metrics.
  • Provide mentorship to junior product managers, supporting them through execution challenges.
