Our hardware and software suite connects cities, law enforcement, businesses, schools, and neighborhoods in a nationwide public-private safety network. Trusted by over 5,000 communities, 4,500 law enforcement agencies, and 1,000 businesses, Flock delivers real-time intelligence while prioritizing privacy and responsible innovation.

We’re a high-performance, low-ego team driven by urgency, collaboration, and bold thinking. Working at Flock means tackling big challenges, moving fast, and continuously improving. It’s intense but deeply rewarding for those who want to make an impact.

With nearly $700M in venture funding and a $7.5B valuation, we’re scaling intentionally and seeking top talent to help build the impossible. If you value teamwork, ownership, and solving tough problems, Flock could be the place for you.

The Opportunity

As Flock continues to expand our portfolio of products, building a truly “better together” solution, it’s become increasingly critical to ensure that every new product and feature fits seamlessly into an end-to-end experience that delivers clear value to our customers. This growing product ecosystem also raises the bar for how we demonstrate our solutions — through live, engaging demos and high-quality storytelling that bring to life Flock’s vision of helping communities eliminate crime and make neighborhoods safer.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own the end-to-end demo experience — ensure company demos reflect the best, most up-to-date, and cohesive representation of the product suite.
  • Prioritize and plan demo improvements — maintain a clear roadmap of demo environment needs, assets, and upcoming launches aligned with sales priorities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure demos tell a unified story that resonates with customers.
  • Coordinate data and asset creation — source or generate realistic demo data, videos, and scenarios to make demos credible and engaging.
  • Conduct ongoing quality assurance of demo environments to ensure functionality, stability, and seamlessness across all product areas.
  • Gather and synthesize field feedback — observe live demos, capture friction points, and communicate learnings back to Product for roadmap influence.
  • Craft and evolve demo storytelling — translate complex product features into clear, compelling user journeys that align with GTM messaging and bring Flock’s “better together” vision to life.
  • Monitor demo engagement and effectiveness — track how often demos are used, identify which versions perform best, and gather feedback to guide improvements.

The Skillset

  • 5–8 years of experience in Product Management, Sales Engineering, or Sales Enablement for a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage complex, cross-functional projects without direct authority.
  • Strong technical aptitude — able to understand product architecture and coordinate with engineers on data and environment setup.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills — translating technical functionality into customer value by developing a strong mental model of how different personas use Flock, ensuring demos emotionally resonate so customers see themselves in the story.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional influence across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Highly organized with solid project management and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable with light hands-on demo setup and testing when needed.
  • customer empathy — constantly thinking how the customer perceives the end-to-end solution.
  • Confident communicator able to challenge assumptions and push for clarity across teams.
  • (Bonus) Experience owning or improving demo environments or processes within a sales or product context.
