Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, seeks a Senior Product Manager for its DEX (Decentralized Exchange) Web product. This role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from planning and design to iteration, with a focus on enhancing user trading experience and platform usability. Responsibilities include conducting user and market research, analyzing competitors, leading feature design for trading interfaces and liquidity management, and writing detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). The Product Manager will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and development teams (front-end, back-end, smart contract) to ensure product quality and efficient delivery. Post-launch, they will monitor and analyze data to drive product optimization and collect user feedback to improve user satisfaction. Staying updated on Web3 technologies and exploring their application within the DEX is crucial. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of web product management experience, with at least 1 year in DeFi or DEX-related products, a deep understanding of decentralized exchange mechanisms, and proficiency in product design tools.
Must have:
- 3+ years of web product management experience
- 1+ year in DeFi or DEX products
- Understanding of DEX mechanisms (AMM, order books, etc.)
- Familiarity with mainstream DEX web functionalities
- Proficiency in web product design principles
- Skilled in Figma or Axure for prototypes
- Excellent user insight and data analysis skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Good to have:
- Experience launching a DEX web product from 0 to 1
- Experience with professional trading chart tools
- UI/UX design background or experience with designers
- Knowledge of Web3.js or Ethers.js

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of the DEX (Decentralized Exchange) web product, including planning, design, and iteration, to enhance user trading experience and platform usability.
- Conduct in-depth research on user needs and market trends, analyze competitors, and identify innovation points and optimization directions for the web product.
- Lead the design of web product features, including but not limited to trading interfaces (Swap, Limit Orders), liquidity management, data chart displays, wallet connections, and personal asset centers.
- Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and create interactive prototypes, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers to deliver smooth, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
- Work closely with front-end, back-end, and smart contract development teams to drive the development, testing, and launch of product features, ensuring product quality and delivery efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze data for the web product post-launch (e.g., user behavior, conversion rates, feature usage), driving product optimization based on data insights.
- Collect user feedback, continuously improve the web product, address user pain points, and enhance user satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on new technologies and protocols in the Web3 space, exploring their application opportunities within the DEX web product.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 3 years of web product management experience, including at least 1 year in DeFi or DEX-related products.
- Profound understanding of the core mechanisms of decentralized exchanges, including AMM, order books, liquidity mining, staking, and cross-chain bridges.
- Familiarity with the web functionalities and user experience of mainstream DEX products (e.g., Uniswap, Sushiswap, PancakeSwap, Curve).
- Proficiency in web product design principles and methodologies, skilled in using tools like Figma or Axure for prototype design and requirement documentation.
- Excellent user insight and data analysis skills, capable of identifying issues from data and proposing effective product solutions.
- Familiarity with web technical architecture and interaction standards; knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React/Vue, etc.) is a plus.
- Outstanding communication, coordination, logical thinking, and project promotion skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Bonus Points:
- Experience in successfully launching and operating a DEX web product from 0 to 1.
- In-depth understanding and design experience with professional trading chart tools (e.g., K-line charts, depth charts).
- UI/UX design background or extensive experience collaborating effectively with designers.
- Knowledge of front-end libraries for blockchain interaction, such as Web3.js or Ethers.js.
