Job Description

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for French revenues, working closely with the Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams. You will develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets in the French market. You will also conduct market research, collaborate on product localization, and create marketing materials. Additionally, you will support product launches, collaborate across teams, and act as a central point of contact.
Must have:
  • 7+ years of relevant commercial experience in related industries

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will have end-to-end accountability for French revenues, working closely with our Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams. Reporting directly to the Country Managing Director, your expertise in the French market, customer behaviour, and regulatory landscape will be instrumental in shaping Tide’s offering and driving strategic growth.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Revenue Ownership: Take ownership for driving revenue growth across product lines in France. Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product offerings, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Local Market Expertise: Collaborate with the product research teams to conduct local market research to uncover customer needs, analyse competitive dynamics, and identify market opportunities. Translate these insights into actionable strategies to enhance Tide’s product offerings.

  • Product Localization and Development: Collaborate with global product managers to design and launch products tailored to the French market. Lead initiatives to ensure local relevance and compliance, while maintaining alignment with Tide’s global vision.

  • Marketing and Sales Strategy: Work with regional marketing teams to develop and refine marketing and sales strategies for marketing the products in the French market. Monitor performance metrics and adapt plans to ensure we meet and exceed growth targets.

  • Content and Collateral Creation: Produce high-quality marketing and customer-facing materials, ensuring they are compliant with French regulations and resonate with local audiences.

  • Operational Readiness and Go-Live Support: Partner with the Operations team to ensure seamless product launches, from final QA testing to internal training and ongoing support for new features.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact between global and local teams, driving alignment and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

  • 7+ years of relevant commercial experience ideally within the SME, SaaS, or fintech industries. Experience with banking or payment solutions for SMEs is highly desirable.

  • A proven track record in developing and executing commercial strategies that deliver measurable business impact. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and remove blockers.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to foster collaboration with teams outside of your direct control by building strong relationships.

  • Deep understanding of product analytics, using data to drive decisions within commercial and marketing campaigns, constantly improving product acquisition and engagement goals.

  • Experience working across multiple markets, navigating the complexities of global product development with a keen understanding of localization requirements.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving company where priorities can change and processes may need to be created from scratch.

  • A self-starter who doesn’t wait for instruction and works backwards from targets to ensure effective execution.
