NiCE is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager with a focus on AI. The role involves managing revenue forecasting, tracking global cloud ACV, and analyzing operational and financial data to identify business insights and opportunities for process improvement. The manager will work closely with finance, order management, PMO, and regional teams to provide ongoing support and promote revenue. Key responsibilities include implementing internal processes and methodologies to enhance business performance, creating financial and delivery health reports, and assisting in management report creation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, possessing a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in Business Operations or Business Analytics, preferably within an Enterprise Software Product company.

Senior Product Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, track and pursue revenue forecasting, including managing Revenue forecast calls, managing risks and solve operational challenges.
  • Working closely with finance, Order Management, PMO and regional teams to provide ongoing support, required data and promoting revenue.
  • Analyze operational & financial data to identify business insights & opportunities for process improvement and meeting KPIs targets (booking, revenue forecast, operational metrics.)
  • Manage, track and pursue Global Cloud ACV forecasting. Including all milestones from booking till revenue recognition.
  • Support ad hoc business questions, data analysis and process improvement, including monthly KPI tracking and QBR preparations.  
  • Own & manage analyzing data and providing insights to the business to help improve processes and uncover opportunities.
  • Implement internal processes, methodologies and tools within the organization to improve business performance.
  • Assists in providing a centralized status, reporting, analysis of all projects with analysis of corresponding impacts to budget, delivery timetables, and resources.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strategic thinker who can transform & operationalize strategy into standard practice with measurable KPIs.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information in a concise manner and to make recommendations on strategies to resolve issues.
  • Understanding and knowledge of finance and accounting in a product organization.
  • Strong partnering skills.
  • Ability to understand and deal with global and regional issues in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong skills in analysis and problem solving.
  • Creation of financial, delivery health reports, resource reports and ability to analyze data with suggestion of improvement plans as applicable.
  • Assisting in creation of management reports.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in Business Operations or Business Analytics.
  • Degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
  • Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to combine business understanding and technology.
  • Strong partnership with internal stakeholders in order management, sales leadership and executive leadership.
  • Strong managerial skills and experience in matrix management.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to team development.
  • Excellent understanding of Business processes / Good technical background and experience.
  • Experience in Enterprise Software Product company is a must.
