Job Summary
Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, is seeking a Senior Product Operations (KYC) professional. This role involves managing existing KYC/KYB vendors, evaluating their performance, and identifying improvement opportunities. The individual will develop and implement strategies for best-in-class KYC/KYB solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors. Responsibilities include driving contract extensions, new vendor onboarding, evaluating vendor performance through key metrics and SLAs, collaborating to address performance gaps, mitigating risks, conducting due diligence, and managing monthly billing and forecasting to ensure cost-effectiveness. The role also requires market analysis to identify and select new vendors to drive business growth.
Must Have
- 5+ years of KYC or vendor management experience
- Familiarity with contract management and vendor evaluation
- Strong data analysis skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good time management and coordination skills
- Adaptable and open-minded
- Bilingual English/Mandarin proficiency required

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the existing portfolio of KYC and KYB vendors, evaluating performance and identifying opportunities for improvement or expansion
- Develop and coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to implement strategies in order to build the best in-class KYC/KYB solution
- Drive contract extension/new vendor on-boarding
- Evaluate vendor performance data by tracking key metrics and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address any performance gaps and drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to identifying and mitigating risks associated with vendor relationships.
- Assist in conducting due diligence and risk assessments to ensure vendor compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards
- Handles monthly billing, forecasting and usage tracking while ensuring cost effectiveness of all vendors
- Conduct market analysis to identify and select new vendors, deploy segment knowledge and insights to create strategy for business growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of KYC or vendor management experience from Finance or Technology industry; Crypto experience preferred
- Familiarity with contract management and vendor evaluation process, understanding of vendor relationship dynamics and negotiation principles
- Result-driven with a strong ability in analyzing data to derive insights and make decisions
- Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills
- Good time management and coordination skills to manage multiple projects and keep them on schedule
- Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work in a fast-paced remote working environment
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
