Capco is seeking a Senior Project Analyst with 7 years of experience in Project Management and Operational Planning. The role involves structuring and monitoring UMS project plans, critically analyzing complex problems, and proposing solutions. Responsibilities include managing project demands, coordinating UMS campaigns, supervising shutdowns, and optimizing resource utilization to meet operational requirements and deadlines. Candidates should have proven experience in SAP/R3 (PM/MM), Primavera/Microsoft Project, Environ/Navis Works, Microsoft SharePoint/Forms, and Power BI. A Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields, with a Post-Graduate degree in Project Management, is required. This is a hybrid position based in Rio de Janeiro.
Must have:
  • Structure and monitor action plans and schedules for UMS projects, with critical analysis of involved resources, definition of actions, organization, and deadlines.
  • Perform critical analysis of complex problems in projects, proposing solutions and improvements for applied processes and standards.
  • Manage the development, control, revisions, and monitoring of project demands, including short-term operational planning and medium- to long-term tactical planning.
  • Coordinate UMS campaigns and supervise scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns, ensuring effectiveness and compliance with operational objectives.
  • Evaluate and optimize the use of resources (people, time, financial, and materials) to ensure projects meet operational requirements and established deadlines.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

  • 7 years of experience with Project Management and Operational Planning;
  • Proven experience in SAP/R3, PM and MM modules, for maintenance and materials management and analysis;
  • Knowledge of Primavera and/or Microsoft Project for schedule management and project planning;
  • Familiarity with Environ/Navis Works for visualization and analysis of complex projects;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools, such as SharePoint and Forms, for document management and communication;
  • Experience in Power BI for creating reports and visualizing operational and project data.

EDUCATION

  • Graduation: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administrator or related areas.
  • Post-graduation: Post-Graduate degree in Project Management or other areas related to the specialty, provided it is validated by contractual management.
