The Senior Project Manager, Creative Services will oversee third parties in planning, controlling, reporting on the status, and delivering moderately to highly complex projects. The role ensures project goals are met within the agreed-upon time, scope, and budget, requiring experience specifically within the pharma industry. Responsibilities include managing project execution, coordinating with third parties, maintaining project records using Workfront, determining risk and contingency planning, and acting as a project champion through the MLR process. The candidate will also develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Must have:

The Sr. Project Manager, Creative Services will oversee 3rd parties in the overall planning, control, status reporting and delivery of moderately to highly complex projects to ensure that project goals and objectives are met within the agreed upon time, scope, and budget. ONLY THOSE WITH PHARMA EXPERIENCE CAN BE CONSIDERED.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in related field. A combination of education and work experience can be substituted.

• 5+ years’ experience in pharma ad agency

• Client facing experience

• Experience with and solid understanding of MLR submission and review process

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of print and digital production

• Experience in end-to-end creative production (creative briefing to asset hand-off/deployment)

• Understanding of media schedules / specifications

• Assist in review of performance reporting and translation of data to optimization insights

• Intermediate to advanced skill level with MS Office

• Excellent understanding of Project Management principles

• Experience with Project Management software: Workfront, Jira, Veeva, Smartsheet

• Demonstrated experience in overseeing projects of medium to high complexity to successful completion; able to track multiple concurrent projects

• Is a strong team player

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

• Excellent planning and organizing skills; ability to plan for all eventualities and provide solutions to issues

• Demonstrated problem solving skills

• Experience scoping and estimating level of effort

• Experience managing 3rd party vendors

JOB DUTIES

(* denotes an “essential function”)

• *Oversee the execution of creative projects of medium to high complexity produced by one or more 3rd parties

• *Track and report on the overall planning, control, status, and delivery of projects from start to completion to ensure that project goals and objectives are met

• *Coordinate with 3rd parties to ensure all project activity is completed within the agreed deadlines and budget

• *Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all projects and accompanying status using Workfront

• Determine risk and contingency planning for projects

• Acts as project “champion” through MLR process, ensuring timely and accurate  submissions by 3rd parties, participating in MLR reviews as needed

• Analyze work plans to identify issues and barriers

• *Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the internal client stakeholders and consistently strive to exceed their expectations. Maintain a good understanding of the client and their organization

• *Build relationships with external clients

• Ensure issues requiring escalation are routed to the appropriate contact and resolved
