Job Details
You will have impact and fun at work by:
- Developing and executing testing strategies, managing external testing, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage
- Owning all aspects of quality for a flagship mobile game, from design to release
- Promoting best practices, investigating live issues, and advocating for quality at all stages of development
- Providing guidance and support to the game team, inspiring them to achieve the highest quality standards
- Continuously refining QA processes, tools, and workflows for maximum efficiency
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- Proficiency with defect management, test management, and reporting tools
- Experience with version control, CI, and game development tools
- Familiarity with JSON and other data formats
- Understanding of mobile platforms, hardware, and store portals
- Experience with configuration and content management tools (including A/B testing)
- Strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving
- The ability to prioritize, focus, and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
