Job Description

The Senior Revenue Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end data entry and validation of customer billing data, ensuring completeness and accuracy using internal and external applications. This role involves reviewing and recalculating invoices, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and actively participating in billing implementations. The analyst will also manage client, account, product, and service modifications, working closely with various stakeholders like pricing, accounting, and finance. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for this fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • Responsible for end-to-end data entry and validation of customer billing data.
  • Proficient in understanding and using external and internally developed applications for completeness and accuracy procedures.
  • Review invoices for completeness and accuracy to ensure discrepancies are identified and resolved prior to invoicing.
  • Perform invoice validations and recalculate invoices.
  • 7+ years of work experience, including data entry and/or billing experience.
  • College degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Excellent oral and written English language skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.

  • Ability to effectively communicate when/if issues are identified.
  • Effective communication of system issues, requirements, and billing implications of discrepancies identified.
  • Actively participate in billing implementations.
