Job Description

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers in Switzerland. Your responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients and projects in the field of customized software solutions, consulting potential clients on software development, cloud, data, and AI solutions. You will also be involved in bid management and offer creation, networking and attending events to build and maintain your network. You'll be working closely with internal teams and management to position our solutions effectively.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, 3+ in IT consulting.
  • Proven track record in new customer acquisition.
  • Strong talent for sales and acquisition.
  • Experience with relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce).
  • Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) proficiency.

Was du tun wirst:
Als wichtiger Teil unseres internationalen Vertriebsteams verantwortest du unsere Outbound Aktivitäten zur Gewinnung von Neukunden. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Neukundenakquise: Identifizierung und Gewinnung neuer Kunden und Projekte im Bereich maßgeschneiderter Softwarelösungen in der Schweiz.
  • Beratung: Analyse der Bedarfe potenzieller Kunden und Beratung zu individuellen Softwareentwicklungs-, Cloud-, Data- und KI-Lösungen.
  • Bid Management & Angebotserstellung: Du verantwortest die Erstellung maßgeschneiderter, wettbewerbsfähiger Angebote für Kundenanforderungen und arbeitest dabei eng mit internen Teams und dem Management zusammen, um unsere Lösungen optimal zu positionieren.
  • Networking & Events: Aufbau und Pflege deines Netzwerks durch Teilnahme an Meet-ups, Kundenveranstaltungen und Messen.

Was du mitbringen solltest:
Du überzeugst durch starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, gepaart mit einem ausgeprägten Geschäftssinn. Deine Verhandlungskompetenz und dein Gespür für neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten helfen dir dabei, Opportunitäten frühzeitig zu erkennen und erfolgreich zu nutzen. Außerdem bringst du folgendes mit:

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung, davon mindestens 3 Jahre im IT-Consulting oder in der individuellen Softwareentwicklung.
  • Erfolgsbilanz in der Neukundenakquise mit Fokus auf individuelle Software-, Cloud-, Data- oder KI-Lösungen.
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Talent für Verkauf und Akquise. Du erkennst Geschäftschancen frühzeitig und treibst den Verkaufsprozess proaktiv voran.
  • Erfahrung mit relevanten Plattformen (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1) und fließendes Englisch (B2).
