As an Office & Workplace Manager, you will be the on-site person who holds everything together, managing office organization, supporting HR, Finance, and IT, and acting as a central point of contact and enabler.
Must Have:
  • Manage office and location organization
  • Handle reception and communication for colleagues, guests, and partners
  • Provide administrative support for expenses, invoices, and contracts
  • Manage IT hardware and support onboarding/offboarding
  • Several years of experience in office/workplace management
  • Basic knowledge in finance or administration
  • Technical understanding
  • Proficiency in MS Office and modern collaboration tools
  • Very good German and good English language skills
  • Desire to be present on-site in the office with one flexible home office day

Workplace & Team Experience Manager (m/w/d)

To achieve this, we need someone who keeps an overview before anyone even notices that something needs to be organized.

Engaged people are behind our projects. And you are the person on site who holds everything together – with an eye for detail, practical energy, and true team spirit.

As Office & Workplace Manager (m/f/d), you ensure that everything runs smoothly at our location: from reception to office organization and support for HR, Finance, and IT. You are a contact person, enabler, and organizational talent all in one.

What you do

  • Office & Location Organization: You ensure that our location runs smoothly: from managing daily office life to ordering materials and organizing a pleasant working environment.
  • Reception & Communication: You are the first point of contact on site – for colleagues, guests, and external partners. You receive, coordinate, answer inquiries, and keep information flowing.
  • Travel & Appointment Management: You plan trips, coordinate appointments, and ensure that meetings and processes take place efficiently and well-prepared.
  • Administrative Support & Finance: You assist with administrative topics such as travel expense and invoice processes, contract management, or orders.
  • IT & Workplace Support: You take care of our IT hardware on site, support onboarding and offboarding, and ensure that workplaces are functional, modern, and prepared.
  • Team Culture & Internal Collaboration: You are the central contact person at the location, work closely with HR, IT, and external service providers, and actively participate in events and internal projects.

What you bring

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in office/workplace management or other service environments.
  • Basic knowledge in finance or administration.
  • Technical understanding and enjoyment of tools & hardware.
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & modern collaboration tools.
  • Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
  • Desire to be present on-site in the office – with one flexible home office day per week.
