We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead strategic growth for World-Check, our flagship financial crime risk intelligence solution. This role is focused on acquiring and expanding relationships with financial institutions, government agencies, and multinational corporations. The successful candidate will manage complex sales cycles, engage senior compliance and risk stakeholders, and position World-Check as a mission-critical solution in the global fight against financial crime.
Must have:
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across North America.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure.
  • Engage C-level and compliance leadership to uncover strategic risk mitigation priorities and align World-Check as a critical enabler.
  • Lead consultative discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, pain points, and regulatory drivers.
  • Develop tailored proposals and ROI-driven business cases that demonstrate the value of our solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solution consultants, product, legal, and customer success to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide timely forecasts and reporting.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client briefings.
  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in SaaS, data, or RegTech solutions.
  • Proven success in exceeding quota and closing complex, high-value deals ($500K+ ARR) with Tier 1 financial institutions or government agencies.
  • Deep understanding of compliance workflows, including KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and third-party risk.
  • Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN).
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $94,600 - $157,800.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match. LSEG’s Benefits plan also includes basic life insurance, disability benefits, emergency backup dependent care, adoption assistance commuter assistance etc.
