Senior Scrum Master

Synechron is a global consulting firm specializing in digital transformation for financial services and technology firms. We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile & SAFe best practices, partnering with RTEs and Product Owners, and ensuring smooth and predictable delivery within a SAFe framework. The ideal candidate will manage dependencies, contribute to planning activities, and promote continuous improvement.

Must Have

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile & SAFe best practices
• Partner with RTE, POs, and other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and support ART-level events
• Contribute to Pre-PI Planning, PI Planning, Iteration Planning, and Inspect & Adapt activities
• Ensure backlog readiness, sprint execution, and adherence to DoD/DoR
• Remove impediments, track team progress, and support continuous improvement
• Promote strong collaboration, communication, and transparency across teams

Our challenge

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of SAFe principles, solid understanding of the SDLC, and proven experience partnering with RTEs, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and predictable delivery.

Additional Information\*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Dallas, TX is $110k - $120k/year & benefits (see below).
