The Senior Search Manager will manage SEM campaigns, from concept to launch and ongoing optimization. Responsibilities include utilizing knowledge of paid search and managing Google Search campaigns. They will drive search projects end-to-end, present strategies to clients, deliver timely optimizations, and provide campaign insights. The role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and manage client data for optimal performance. They will be involved in supporting Search Directors and team members in their daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Media Agency, possess a good understanding of the Google suite, and have strong client relationship management skills.
Must have:
  • 4-5 years of experience in Paid Search or SEM role
  • Experience working in a Media Agency or similar environment
  • Understanding of Google Ads, SA360, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent presentation and client relationship management skills

What your role and typical day might look like Key to this role is managing SEM campaigns from concept through to their launch, and their ongoing optimisation. The successful candidate will possess strong numeracy skills, and excellent attention to detail. They will also collaborate with the wider SEM & Account Service teams and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities could include:
  • Utilising your strong knowledge of paid search, e commerce, managing Google Search campaigns (Including Google Shopping) to support client projects
  • Manage and drive search projects end to end, from conception to completion
  • Presenting and articulating search opportunities, strategies and solutions to clients
  • Delivers timely optimisations, manages pacing and delivers meaningful campaign insights to clients
  • Proactively reviews and manages client data to ensure optimal performance on all campaigns
  • Provides overall support for Search Directors and wider team members
A bit about you:
  • Ideally between 4 - 5 years’ experience in a Paid Search or similar PPC/SEM role
  • Experience working within a Media Agency or similar environment
  • A good understanding of Google suite of products, namely Google Ads, SA360 and Google Analytics
  • Excellent presentation and strong client relationship management skills, able to lead and communicate/present ideas to a wide range of audiences
