Senior Security Engineer

• Lead security engineering projects to ensure the organization's security posture is robust
• and effective.
• Implement security controls that align with industry-standard frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and SOC.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the organization's security policies and
• procedures are aligned with industry best practices.
• Provide expert guidance on IAM policies, procedures, and controls.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies, and make recommendations
• for improvements to the organization's security posture.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure the organization's security tools
• and services are current and effective.
• Conduct security audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Be a leader and a trusted resource during security incidents and disaster recovery activities.
• Serve as an escalation point for junior security staff.
• Initiate threat hunting activities and investigations.

• 5+ years of experience in information security.
• Experience with public cloud infrastructure such as AWS and Azure Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM policies, procedures, and controls.
• Strong background in security engineering and architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and SOC.
• Experience leading incident response or emergency response teams.
• Experience in threat hunting and vulnerability mitigation
• Certification in information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA).
• Experience with GRC tools and services.
• Familiarity with cloud security technologies and services.
• Experience with security engineering and architecture in a cloud environment.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
