Senior Software Development Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our End point protection team. Reporting to the Engineering Manager; QA, you'll be responsible for:

• Contributing for developing automated function test cases , building test infrastructure for the product needs and mentoring the juniors
• Developing and maintaining the automation framework. Use in-house and modern tools to enable automation of network security products, scheduling of runs, etc
• Implementing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient automation runs

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation within a networking or security domain
• Strong experience in developing test automation frameworks, with proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with tools like Pytest, Selenium (or equivalent), for UI, API, and CLI-based automation
• Understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, and internet security concepts (SSL, TLS, VPN, Zero Trust)
• Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or REST-Assured

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with cloud-based deployment architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Basic knowledge of virtualization environments, with experience in setting up testbeds
• Experience in AI is a plus
• Experience with modern tools/frameworks to support scalable test automation solutions
