Job Description

Cypher Games is seeking experienced game developers/engineers to join their dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their first casual puzzle game, enjoying high-level ownership in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include contributing new ideas to game features, developing robust and scalable architectures for a worldwide player base, analyzing game mechanics to enhance player engagement, brainstorming and iterating on ideas to improve user experience, and conducting code and architecture reviews to optimize game efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a college degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a relevant field, a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Unity & C#, knowledge of software architecture design, OOP, and design patterns, a creative mindset with a strong sense of ownership, a sharp understanding of user experience, and be a strong team player and attentive listener. Experience in casual/mid-core game development and native Android/iOS development is a bonus.
Must have:
  • College degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant field.
