Senior Software Engineer - Cloud Services Engineering, Kubernetes

We are seeking an extraordinary Software Engineer to join us in Apple Services Engineering focusing on designing, implementing, and managing new capabilities and tools for Kubernetes across data centers, private compute, and public cloud environments. Our team is responsible for ensuring the robust and scalable Kubernetes infrastructure, supporting critical Apple services, and collaborating with diverse internal customers. This is a highly technical, hands-on role. You'll be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing new capabilities and tools for Kubernetes across data centers, private compute environments, and public cloud services. We're looking for someone with extensive and deep experience in infrastructure and application management, coupled with practical knowledge of Kubernetes, public cloud platforms, software engineering, operations, and automation. You will be responsible for ensuring the robust and scalable operation of our Kubernetes infrastructure, supporting critical Apple services. A key aspect of this role involves building and managing relationships with a diverse set of internal customers who rely on the platform. Your ability to collaborate effectively will be critical to our collective success. You'll be joining a team of highly skilled, enthusiastic, and passionate engineers.
