Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join Insider, a B2B SaaS company specializing in AI-native Customer Experience and Marketing platforms. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs and services, identifying and solving complex technical challenges, and nurturing a team culture of collaboration and high performance. You will also provide guidance to team members and monitor performance metrics. Must have:

What you'll be doing as a Senior Software Engineer in Insider:
- Designing, implementing and maintaining APIs and services,

- Nurture a team culture that fosters collaboration and high performance,
- Providing guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their technical skills
- Monitoring and optimizing key performance metrics
We'd be thrilled to work with you if:
- You’ve had experience designing highly scalable and highly available systems, most of it in Go
- You’ve had experience with AWS Cloud, having a Solution Architect certification is a bonus.
- You’ve had experience with SQL technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and similar databases
- You’ve had experience with caching systems like Redis
- You take pride in your engineering practices
- Quality and documentation are not an afterthought for you
