Job Title: Senior Tech Lead (React, Node.js, AWS)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead with expertise in React, Node.js, AWS, and full-stack development. This is a completely office-based role in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in client communication, and the ability to manage project workflows effectively using JIRA and documentation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality web applications.

• Work on both frontend (React) and backend (Node.js) development, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture.

• Manage AWS infrastructure, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.

• Handle and manage the development team, ensuring smooth collaboration, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.

• Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

• Oversee project management in JIRA, ensuring task completion, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, APIs, and workflows.

• Review code, ensure best practices, and mentor junior developers.

• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development with React and Node.js.

• Strong knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS, etc.).

• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL & NoSQL).

• Experience with JIRA for project tracking and documentation.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
