Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead in the PLM Functional domain is pivotal in managing technology throughout complex projects. This role provides essential technical guidance, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions while enhancing team capabilities and productivity. The Senior Technical Lead plays a crucial role in fostering collaboration among stakeholders and maintaining high standards of quality and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers In Plm Functional Applications, Enhancing Their Capabilities In Tools Such As Teamcenter And Windchill, And Driving Productivity Improvements.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Oversee Quality Assurance Processes Using Industry Best Practices And Coding Standards In Plm Development, Ensuring The Successful Delivery Of Complex Projects.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within Assigned Modules By Participating In Feasibility Studies And Technical Discussions, Evaluating Alternatives, And Analyzing Technical Risks Associated With Plm Implementations.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables Related To Plm Systems, And Prepare Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Risk And Facilitate The Closure Of Escalations.Skill Requirements
1. Solid Understanding Of Plm Systems, Particularly Teamcenter And Windchill.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
