Senior Technical Lead - SQL Server

Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead plays a critical role in managing technology within complex projects, offering expert guidance to development teams and ensuring successful delivery of innovative solutions. This position demands a strong technical background in SQL Server, alongside leadership capabilities to enhance team performance and uphold high-quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.

• Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Technical Leadership By Guiding A Team Of Developers In Sql Server Best Practices, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities, And Fostering A Collaborative Environment For Increased Productivity.
  2. Conduct Thorough Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes Focusing On Sql Server Performance Optimization And Implementation Of Coding Standards, Ensuring The Successful Delivery Of Complex Projects.
  3. Ensure Process Compliance Within Assigned Modules And Actively Participate In Technical Discussions As A Consultant, Assessing Feasibility, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Identifying Potential Risks Associated With Sql Server Architecture.
  4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, And Prepare Comprehensive Status Reports To Minimize Risks And Facilitate Timely Closure Of Escalations.Skill Requirements
  1. Strong Proficiency In Sql Server, Including Database Design, Development, And Optimization Techniques.
  2. In-Depth Understanding Of Sql Query Writing, Performance Tuning, And Troubleshooting Complex Database Issues.
  3. Solid Knowledge Of Data Modeling, Etl Processes, And Implementing Best Practices In Database Management.
  4. Familiarity With Agile Methodologies And Project Management Frameworks.Certification
  1. Optional Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Sql Server Database Development.
