About the role

Role Overview

Sully.ai is hiring our first Senior Technical Project Manager, a key addition to our Engineering organization. You’ll partner directly with our Head of Engineering and Co-Founder/CEO to architect and execute the processes, governance, and tools that enable our AI-driven clinical Agents platform to scale. This Bay Area–based role offers the opportunity to define the playbook and build 0 to 1 on our mission to save lives_.

What We’re Looking For

• Senior Experience: 6+ years managing complex technical projects—ideally you're a former Founder/Co-Founder or first TPM hire at an early stage startup previously.
