Sully.ai is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to help improve healthcare through AI Employees. This role involves supporting customer onboarding, building technical support workflows, and innovating sales processes. The engineer will be the primary technical contact for customers, troubleshooting issues and providing feedback to product and engineering teams. Expect long hours, working from 6 am to 6 pm PT, with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. The company has a mission to make healthcare better, faster, and more affordable.

Role

- Support customer onboarding and upsell opportunities
- Build out and own Technical Support workflows from the ground up
- Innovate constantly on making our sales better, faster.
- 6am to 6pm PT Availability
- Other tasks too! (“Nothing is someone else’s problem.”)
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, addressing issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with the product or service.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to the product and engineering teams.
