Role
- Long hours (We’re a small team with a big mission!)
- Support customer onboarding and upsell opportunities
- Build out and own Technical Support workflows from the ground up
- Innovate constantly on making our sales better, faster.
- 6am to 6pm PT Availability
- Other tasks too! (“Nothing is someone else’s problem.”)
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, addressing issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with the product or service.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to the product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer support leadership
- Proven track record of being a top performer
- High presentation and communication skills
