Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial for our data-driven initiatives, focusing on building robust data products and dashboards that provide critical insights and guide strategic decisions. You will need a strong blend of technical expertise and exceptional communication to engage with internal partners and adapt as the scope expands beyond engineering. This is a remote position, requiring work during Central Standard Time (CST) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Good To Have:
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI
- Knowledge of modern metrics frameworks (e.g., DORA)
- Experience with building data products in Streamlit
- Hands-on experience with Databricks
Must Have:
- Build, maintain, and own dashboards and data products
- Engage with internal partners to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Write and optimize complex queries to extract, transform, and analyze data
- Collaborate on developing a data-driven strategy and its execution
- Prepare clear documentation and reports for stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries
- Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling
- Proven experience working with Snowflake data warehouse
- Strong Python skills for scripting and data manipulation
- Experience using Git (e.g., GitHub) and project management tools like Jira

This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate is expected to work Central Standard Time (CST) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and own dashboards and data products to support evolving metrics frameworks.
- Engage with internal partners to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Write and optimize complex queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Collaborate with the team on developing a data-driven strategy and its execution.
- Prepare clear documentation and reports for stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- SQL: Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
- dbt: Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling.
- Snowflake: Proven experience working with Snowflake data warehouse.
- Python: Strong Python skills for scripting and data manipulation.
