Job Description

As a Senior/Staff DFT Design Engineer with Marvell DCE CCS Hardware, you will be a key member of the Data Center Engineering group, focusing on Custom, Compute, and Storage DFT solutions. Your responsibilities will include owning DFT design flow control, updating, QA, and deployment support for project teams, as well as involvement in DFT flow development to enable up-to-date EDA supported features (Siemens Tessent). You will also lead and coordinate with local teams on DFT flow enablement and training support.
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Design for Test (DFT)
  • Solid knowledge of DFT and ASIC design flow
  • Solid experience in DFT areas (Scan/Compression, MBIST, BSCAN, ATPG) and ability to support DFT design automation
  • Proficiency in using, setting up, and debugging design tools related to DFT engineering (Tessent, VCS/ModelSim/Xcellium)
  • Intermediate English level for professional communication

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Degrees in Mathematics, Physics, or other sciences may be considered, provided adequate coursework in electronics or relevant work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Design for Test (DFT).
  • Solid knowledge of DFT and ASIC design flow.
  • Solid experience in DFT areas (Scan/Compression, MBIST, BSCAN, ATPG) and ability to support DFT design automation
  • Proficiency in using, setting up, and debugging design tools related to DFT engineering (Tessent, VCS/ModelSim/Xcellium).
  • Intermediate English level for professional communication.
