Job Description

As a Senior SEO Manager at go4WorldBusiness.com, an online B2B marketplace connecting global manufacturers and suppliers with international buyers for over 26 years, you will develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies. Your primary goal will be to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and conversions through comprehensive keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization. You will also focus on technical SEO, website architecture, and performance monitoring using various tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and report insights.
Must have:
  • Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies.
  • Improve search rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization.
  • Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and page speed.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
  • Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams.
  • Identify and fix technical SEO issues like indexing, crawling, structured data.
  • Stay updated with search engine trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Track, report, and communicate SEO performance and insights.
  • 4+ years of SEO experience, preferably in B2B or eCommerce.
  • Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Google Search algorithms, Core Web Vitals, E-E-A-T.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools including Screaming Frog.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting.
  • Experience in content strategy, link-building, and local SEO.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Must have International SEO, B2B, and Website SEO experience.
Good to have:
  • Experience working with large-scale websites and international SEO.
  • Familiarity with Python or SQL for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, paid search, and social media marketing.
  • Understanding of AI-driven SEO tools and automation.
  • Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Track, report, and communicate SEO performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

What You'll Need To Qualify

  • 4+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in the B2B or eCommerce industry.
  • Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Google Search algorithms, Core Web Vitals, and E-E-A-T principles.
