Servers are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience through prompt service, accurate orders, and impeccable menu knowledge. They perform duties professionally, adhering to health and safety guidelines. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in energetic, fast-paced, and social environments, ensuring guest satisfaction with every interaction.
Must have:
  • Provide complete table service: prepare tables, take customer orders, serve food and beverages, ensure accurate billing, present bill, and collect payment.
  • Clear tables and ensure they are cleared as soon as guests have finished their meal or drinks, balancing speed and guest comfort.
  • Maintain cleanliness of your work area by changing table linen, cleaning/refilling condiment sets, and stocking cutlery/accessories.

Job Details

Our Servers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional dining experience to each and every guest. The Server is responsible for providing high-levels of guest service to all restaurant patrons by providing prompt service, taking accurate orders, and being knowledgeable on all menu items and daily specials. The Server performs duties in a friendly and professional manner while complying with all restaurant and health service guidelines and procedures. Currently Playing

In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • End-to-end serving process including the proper setting of tables, taking guests’ orders and ensuring these are given to the appropriate team member to execute, serving food and beverages, ensuring guests are correctly charged, presenting the bill and obtaining payment
  • Removing used dishes and place settings, ensuring tables are cleared as soon as guests have finished their food or drink with an experienced balance between speed, yet allowing guests to finish their meal without feeling rushed
  • Maintaining a clean working area ensuring to change table linen when required, cleaning and refilling condiment sets, and ensuring storerooms are adequately stocked with replacement cutlery, linen or other required items

Qualifications:

This role may be a perfect fit for you if:

  • For licensed venues, candidates must be the required age of majority or older.
  • You have a high school diploma or GED at a minimum.
  • 1-3 years of restaurant service experience considered an asset.
  • You have strong service experience – someone who thrives on engaging guests and able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, and professionally at all times.
  • You are highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow you to work effectively under pressure and in a diverse working environment.
  • You are an effective communicator both verbally and in writing.
  • You have a strong attention to detail.
