Responsibilities

  • Assist account managers with day-to-day client service needs

  • Prepare and process service documentation and client records

  • Monitor and update account information with accuracy and timeliness

  • Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and service updates

  • Maintain detailed logs of client interactions and service reports

  • Support the resolution of service issues in collaboration with relevant departments
