Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Account Assistant to join our team. This position supports account management operations, ensuring high service standards and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist account managers with day-to-day client service needs
Prepare and process service documentation and client records
Monitor and update account information with accuracy and timeliness
Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and service updates
Maintain detailed logs of client interactions and service reports
Support the resolution of service issues in collaboration with relevant departments
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
1+ year of experience in customer service, account coordination, or administrative support
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail
