You have a passion for inspiring cyclists with high-quality products, expert advice, and first-class service. Our goal is to motivate our customers to cycle and provide them with an unforgettable riding experience.

You manage the workshop and lead the organization of daily operations.

Your main tasks:

• Offer a high level of hospitality to our customers
• Take responsibility for the acceptance, repair, and assembly of new bikes sold, as well as for the workshop business in the store
• Monitor Trek key figures to ensure a profitable workshop
• Continual training on suitable techniques and methods
• Advise our customers on repairs, service packages, and accessories (service advisor)
• Actively motivate and inspire customers for cycling
• Contribute to the design of service offers and customer loyalty promotions

Your Profile:

• Passion for cycling and the bike community
• Several years of experience in bicycle retail, ideally in a workshop environment
• Team player, resilience, communication skills, organizational talent
• Conscientious, independent, and service-oriented way of working
• Motivation for new challenges
