You manage the workshop and lead the organization of daily operations.
Your main tasks:
- Offer a high level of hospitality to our customers
- Take responsibility for the acceptance, repair, and assembly of new bikes sold, as well as for the workshop business in the store
- Monitor Trek key figures to ensure a profitable workshop
- Continual training on suitable techniques and methods
- Advise our customers on repairs, service packages, and accessories (service advisor)
- Actively motivate and inspire customers for cycling
- Contribute to the design of service offers and customer loyalty promotions
Your Profile:
- Passion for cycling and the bike community
- Several years of experience in bicycle retail, ideally in a workshop environment
- Team player, resilience, communication skills, organizational talent
- Conscientious, independent, and service-oriented way of working
- Motivation for new challenges
