The Service Process Engineer at AppleCare Engineering designs end-to-end manufacturing repair processes for all Apple products, focusing on new product manufacturing repair process design, including diagnostics, repair, assembly, key parameters, process setup, and process validation. This role involves identifying manufacturing equipment, automation, strategic R&D, diagnostics, test and repair needs, collaborating with multi-functional teams and vendors. The engineer is expected to combine knowledge of reparability, assembly, diagnostics, and manufacturing processes to deliver results on a tight timeline.
Must Have:- Develop and detail repair processes to meet Apple's requirements.
- Drive new service processes across product lines.
- Manage, develop and document processes including all parameters.
- Provide executive level status reports including BRR and NPR.
- Analyze data from various sources to develop action plans.
