Job Description
The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for the operations and maintenance of on-premise or client-dedicated computing platforms and servers. This includes installing, maintaining, patching, and upgrading the operating environment. The role provides maintenance and support for all systems, configures and tests operating systems, troubleshoots incidents, and collaborates with IT teams and vendors. The developer also develops and executes patching plans, maintains security and backup strategies, develops capabilities with new technologies, defines processes, conducts compliance and quality checks, and identifies opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.
Must Have:
- Experience in maintaining and operating computing platforms and servers.
- Ability to install, maintain, and upgrade operating environments.
- Skills in troubleshooting and incident resolution.
