The ServiceNow ITSM Developer will be responsible for ServiceNow development, IT service management process design, and understanding the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite. This role involves implementing core process areas such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB. The developer will also require web portal development skills including HTML, CSS, Angular JS, and Bootstrap, and be able to apply business concepts into technical solutions.
Must Have:- Strong experience in ServiceNow development
- Hands-on experience in IT service management process design
- Understanding of ServiceNow Enterprise product suite
- Understanding of key technologies for ServiceNow integration
