As a Silicon Validation Engineer, you will be a key member of a small team focused on bench testing, bringing up, debugging, and characterizing DDR Memory for System-on-Chip (SoC) designs. Your responsibilities will include developing benchtop electrical tests that utilize on-chip circuitry through various interfaces like FPGA, JTAG, SPI, and analog interfaces. You will also draft and execute scripts to automate tests, analyze results, and generate reports. Moreover, you will generate reports for characterization and debugging to provide design feedback. You will conduct in-system PI/SI measurements for correlation with simulation models and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Finally, you will support ATE and Product Engineering for Inter-operability tests.
